I experienced very little movement or slippage once I got the nipple clamps closed in the right position. So, once you are locked in, you shouldn’t have to interrupt playtime to readjust these!
Positioning the clamps took a little trial and error on my part. I had to find just the right angle and the optimal amount of flesh to catch in order to get the clamps to sit comfortably and remain stably attached. The attached chain is just heavy enough not to let you forget your nipples are trapped in rubbery jaws. Any movement I made caused the chain to sway and tug at my increasingly sensitive nipples. They clamp down very hard and have quite a bite to them, I was only able to wear them for a couple of short masturbation sessions (maybe five minutes max each time), before I had to remove them and massage some life back into my poor nipples. As far as I could tell, these nipple clamps are not very adjustable. You can make some minor adjustments to the pressure by sliding the locking mechanism up or down, but it really only serves to make it tighter (and more painful!).

But, if you aren’t into any kind of pain, you only enjoy a little light bondage, or are looking to buy them for your partner who has expressed some interest in a little beginner level nipple play, I definitely do not recommend these particular clamps for you, you are going to want to find something that is more adjustable!
